Yoga has been a source for me to tap into for unplugging from everyday stress, as well as a place to recharge, refuel and find strength and balance in my life. I bring yoga to others in order to create this same awareness of the benefits and opportunity that is waiting for YOU on your mat!
Custom 1:1 Yoga Session
A customized yoga session to fit your needs. We will incorporate several yoga styles to alleviate stress, anxiety, and symptoms of PTSD. These styles include vinyasa flow, yin, restorative and Nidra yoga. Leave the yoga practice feeling refreshed, rebooted, and recharged. Let your yoga practice lead to transformation in your life.

Custom 1:1 Gentle Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slower-paced form of yoga that targets your deep connective tissues, your fascia, ligaments, and joints. Yin yoga is made up of seated and supine postures that are held for 3-5 minutes. By stretching and deepening into poses, tightness and blockages are released and energy can flow more freely. Yin yoga gives you the opportunity to stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also training you to stay with your breath. 60 minutes of bliss!

Custom Group Yoga Sessions
This custom session is tailored to your group's needs! We can facilitate any type of yoga for you: Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, or a combination of these styles. Includes a discussion of the content/intention of the class, travel to and from your venue, and arrival 15-30 minutes prior to set-up.
$150, 1 Hour Session with 1-25 participants. Price varies for larger groups.
Class sizes range from 1:1 custom sessions to groups of 1-100. We offer a variety of venues. We mix things up to keep it interesting! You might catch a class at a gym, the park, Sky View Farm in Castle Rock or join us on retreat.

This custom retreat is tailored to your organization or group's needs! We facilitate any type of yoga for you: Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, and a combination of these styles. You will be guided through breath-work, yoga sessions of varying styles, as well as mindfulness exercises, while learning each of their uses and purposes. Specialized in trauma informed movement, mental and physical pain management, and first-responders and military.
